Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel on any billing date from Settings. We don't do lock-in.

When am I billed?

Owner is ₹2,000/month, charged today when you subscribe, then on the same date each month.

What does Owner include?

Owner includes outstanding balances from one Tally company, payment reminders, claims, disputes, collection history and a daily WhatsApp summary.

What does Team add?

Team adds 5 seats total, owner included. Owners, managers and teammates share financial records, evidence and collection history. Owners and managers manage the Tally connection.

Can I add more seats?

Not in the current beta. Team is a fixed 5-seat plan, owner included.

Can Munsi update Tally?

Munsi reads your Tally records to show balances and help with payment follow-ups. Changes to your accounts are made in Tally.

What payment methods do you support?

Cards and UPI payments.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We don't sell data, don't mine it, and don't use it to train models.
