Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel on any billing date from Settings. We don't do lock-in.

When am I billed?

Owner is ₹2,000/month, charged today when you subscribe, then on the same date each month.

What does Owner include?

Owner includes the daily register: bills, stock, payments, files, reminders, reports, and connected records. It does not include staff records in the owner view.

What does Team add?

Team adds one owner view across records saved by staff, shared registers, priority setup, and 5 seats total.

Can I add more seats?

Not in the current beta. Team is a fixed 5-seat plan, owner included.

Can Munsi update connected records?

Yes. Owner and Team can keep connected spreadsheets, mail, and files updated from the records you save.

What payment methods do you support?

Cards and UPI payments.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We don't sell data, don't mine it, and don't use it to train models.
