Terms of use.
Effective 30 September 2026
1. About these terms
Munsi AI ("Munsi") is provided by Bozon AI Labs. These terms apply to the Munsi website, dashboard and WhatsApp number. By signing in or using Munsi you accept them on behalf of your business. If you do not accept them, do not use Munsi.
2. What Munsi does
Munsi helps a business follow up customer payments using its Tally records.
- It reads the Tally company you connect and shows customer outstanding, bills, receipts and a daily summary.
- It sends payment reminders on WhatsApp to the customers you choose, in your business name.
- It answers questions from your team on WhatsApp using your saved records.
- It only reads Tally. Munsi does not create, change or delete vouchers, ledgers or any other Tally data.
3. Your account and team
- You sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code. Keep that phone and number under your control.
- An owner can add managers and members. You are responsible for who you add and for what they do in Munsi.
- Remove a person when they should no longer see your business records.
- You must be authorised to act for the business whose records you connect.
4. Your Tally connection and figures
- You confirm that you have the right to connect the Tally company and to let Munsi read it.
- The connection runs through a connector installed on the computer that runs Tally. It works only while that computer and Tally are available.
- Figures in Munsi are as of the last sync shown on the page. They can be out of date or incomplete if Tally was closed, changed later or could not be read.
- Check important figures in Tally before you rely on them. Munsi does not give accounting, tax or legal advice.
5. Reminders to your customers
Reminders go to your customers because you ask Munsi to send them. You remain responsible for your dealings with your customers.
- You confirm that each customer number is correct and that you are allowed to contact that customer on WhatsApp about their dues.
- You decide who is reminded, how much is asked and when. Review amounts, claims and disputes before turning reminders on.
- A customer can ask to stop. Munsi stops reminders to a customer who opts out, and you must not work around that.
- Delivery depends on WhatsApp and on the customer. Munsi does not promise that a reminder is delivered, read or paid.
- A payment date a customer selects is an expectation, not a payment. Munsi does not collect, hold or transfer money.
6. Free month and paid plans
- Your first verified Tally connection starts one free calendar month for up to 5 people. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
- The Owner plan is ₹2,000 a month for one person. The Team plan is ₹5,000 a month for up to 5 people, owner included.
- A paid plan is charged through Razorpay on the day you subscribe and on the same date each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel from Settings. Cancelling stops future charges. Amounts already charged are not refunded unless the law requires it.
- When a free month or plan ends, your saved records stay available to read. New Tally syncs, reminders and daily summaries stop until a plan is active.
- We may change prices or plans. We will tell you before a change applies to your next charge.
7. Using Munsi properly
You agree not to:
- use Munsi for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or mislead a customer;
- send reminders for amounts you know are not owed;
- use Munsi in a way that breaks the WhatsApp Business terms and policies;
- try to access another business, copy the service or interfere with how it runs.
8. Your data
- Your business records, customer details and messages remain yours. We use them only to provide Munsi to you.
- We use service providers for hosting, WhatsApp messaging, one-time codes, payments and automated processing of your questions. They handle your data only to deliver those services.
- Answers on WhatsApp are generated automatically from your saved records and can be wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not a final figure.
- You are responsible for the personal information of your customers and team that you add to Munsi, and for having the right to share it.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Munsi available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other businesses at risk.
10. Our responsibility
Munsi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost payments, lost data or indirect loss arising from your use of Munsi, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Munsi at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on data, responsibility and law, continue after your use ends.
12. Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use Munsi after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
